Went Pro, Support took 6 days to Resolve

Upgraded to Pro and immediately had a warning displayed in the widget on the dashboard. The initial response from support was 4 days later. Took another day for the next response. Both were basic WordPress stuff (update plugins, drop plugins to identify conflicts, yada, yada). And again, another day for the last response where support had me re-create Rank Math’s dB tables resolving the problem. Minus one star for nearly a week to resolve the installation issue.
