• Hi, I have been looking form something like this for a client. I downloaded the plugin, uploaded to the client website and then followed your video tutorial to set up the API and connect to Capsule CRM.

    Once I created a new form in Contact Form 7, linked to the Capsule account, added the shortcode to a sample page using Elementor page builder for WordPress, saved and then ran 3 tests and submitted the form. Each message is getting to the clients email, but no Persons are being added to Capsule. I really need to set this up properly.

    Hi @rubenyoung ,
    Can you please enable debugging in the plugin then test and after that see what’s in the log file exactly ?
    You can see the log file using ftp or wp file manager plugin.

    Does the plugin have a debugging option or do you mean debug via htaccess and check the log?

    And also make sure you are enabling ‘sending person contact’ so it will send it to capsule

    After enabling both, please try and send again and if it failed, it should show the errors in the log in the path specified, copy and paste the logs here so we can figure out the issue.

    I finally had a successful submission to Capsule. Next, I sent another and nothing again. I sent 3 more, nothing. So, I finally got it to work once and without changing ANYTHING it stopped working.

    Sorry about the issues but i cannot reproduce any of them.
    The email address that’s seems to be sent is invalid here in the last message.
    Did any new errors appear in the log when it failed again ?

    Does the URL field have to be filled in?

    In the installation & setup example, it has [url-74].

    I finally have it working consistently, but the only problem now is the person’s name in Capsule says Your Name before the actual name.

    So, full names as entered in Capsule are ‘Your Name Ruben Young’ or ‘Your Name John Smith’.

    If you can help me fix that, I think we are good to go.

    I’m glad it finally worked for you, and no the url is not required but if it’s inserted in a wrong way it will stop it from sending to capsule, i’m working on fixing these issues in the next version of the plugin.

    About the names, i haven’t had that issue, what exactly are you putting in the field ? it has to be like that [your-name] not just your-name

    If you can send me a screenshot of what you have in the plugin tab that would help me a lot understand the issue.
