    Hi,
    when using the WePos on our iPad (with external barcode reader), the shopscreen is not completly on the screen. in the right side, the button to move to checkout, is always beneath the screen, and we need to manualy scroll the screen when checking out.
    Isn’t it possible to resize the screen so everything fits fine?

    wePOS is responsive so far but some devices may have issues, we understand. However, we’ll check it with iPad again and surely we’ll adjust the sizes. iPad model and iOS version would help us to find out the issue if you can provide them ??

    However, is that the issue occurs with the external barcode reader only or even without it?

    Hi,

    I am currently out of the office, so I can’t really check iPad version. I know it is always up-to-date with most recent iOS version, and the screen does not change size when barcode reader is connected, so that can’t be the issue.

    Though it’s really tough to reproduce an issue without having specific information but we’ll try with some of the barcode readers. Maybe this is happening because of the compatibility issue with the barcode scanner or something.
