    So i am getting this message on the Dashboard

    “We’re having trouble loading this data. Try again later, or track your performance in Google Ads.”

    I know there was a update yesterday have tried rolling back to 2.7.6 and 2.7.7 still shows up

    unsure why or how to fix?

  • I also have this problem. FWIW I am ALSO having problems viewing campaign info at ads.google.com so maybe it is something on googles end? Just throwing that out there for opinions…

    well i checked on google everything still eligable the debit oder and what i owed came off yesterday.

    Did notice it couldnt display product information when i went to products just red box in error asking to refresh yet all other reports work fine (this is on adsense of course) so thinkiing same

    my one sale last night the source was google and i can see in shopping (on google) my listings are there just not on top (that might be a budget issue) the CPC is double this year to last year and getting real annoying with Google on the amount of customising one needs to do vs the cost latley last year was totaly fine now its rediculess although made massive changes which helped but this is just a toping now

    Can we bump this or hear from a dev? I really cant go to any of the pages under “Google for Woocommerce” I get the following error: “There was an error loading report. Unable to retrieve report data: An internal error has occurred.” If it matter, I did click the button on the settings page that was along the lines of “deploy early features” or “enable future features” or something like that; did you do that as well?

    You’ll find it at the top of the page under **WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Download for support (after you scroll down a bit)**. Once you have the System Status Report file, please attach it to your reply.

    Can you also please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and share any recent “fatal-error” and “google-listings-and-ads” logs with us please? We will be standing by for your response.

    Hello, Unless you released a patch between Aug 3 and today Aug 8th 2024 then the problem was on Googles side and has been resolved. Thank you!

    Unless you released a patch between Aug 3 and today Aug 8th 2024 then the problem was on Googles side and has been resolved.

    There was an update to the extension on the 6th of August (2.8.1). Thanks for confirming that the issue was resolved. I’ve now marked it resolved.
