    Hi there,
    I’ve sent you a support request about Edwiser Bridge, SSO Integration and Woocommerce Integration (purchased on 30/01/2018 order id #38088).

    We have some problems:

    1. When a user buy a course sometimes is linked to moodle and sometimes no, all are properly configured in Woordpress and Moodle.
    2. We have problem with Woocommerce its integration, I don’t know why sometimes the order is processed trough woocommerce and sometimes trough woocommerce integration.

    Please let me know asap, we are online and we are selling our courses now.

    Hi @skop81,

    Regarding issue #1, It could be an issue with the payment gateway that you have setup. If you still face the same issue then email us here: [email protected]

    Regarding issue #2, While you are using WooCommerce Integration extension, all the products that are purchased will be processed as WooCommerce orders.
