Were working great untill spaming with new promoting pop up box

I had this plugin installed in one of my client site.. and this plugin was working great till I found out today it was giving pop up whenever I visit this plugin dashboard for asking sign up for newsletter or rate them or tweet about them. I did everything but still this pop up junk coming up and making a work mess. Fix this. This is not a proper method for getting support from users by forcing them.
