2 days ago our site was fine, yesterday we went into the dashboard, and may have updated something. The person that went in isn’t sure. Thinks is was just WP update, but could have been something else too. Or maybe the WP update caused the problem. Today we noticed that our site wasn’t displaying secondary pages correctly, but home page was fine.

It appeared that the problem had something to do with a secondary widget which we never had before which was throwing off the pages. Not knowing what to do, I thought I could do a restore so I went back a few days, hit restore, and now the Home page won’t work, and I can’t access the word press at all.

    Help badly needed.

    Thanks

My databases are backed up off site. But, I can’t get past step 2 as I have no clue on how to execute myPHPadmin. Is that on my site somewhere? I downloaded it yesterday to laptop, but could not find an executable to install and launch the program.

My site is hosted on https://www.networksolutions.com. I thought that I had seen a PHP editor, but just can’t find it now. Maybe I never saw it there.

James, I appreciate your help, but hate to bother you so much. As Moderator, are you allowed to be hired to fix problems. You could most likely go in an straighten this right out. I am glad to give you my Logon creditials, etc. and glad to pay you to fix it.

    thanks

You’ll find phpMyAdmin in your hosting account’s control panel. You’ll need to consult your hosting provider’s documentation or support department for specifics on that.

If you need to hire someone to fix this for you, please try https://jobs.wordpress.net/ or https://jetpack.pro/ and do not accept any hire or direct access offers posted to these forums.
