Hi, I have three of these forms on a dev site, and two of them started showing this message in the admin panel yesterday:

We’ve encountered an error. Reload the page and try again. If the error persists, please reach out to support.

I’m unable to edit either of these forms as a result. Both of them show the message List Not Found in the List column.

The same error is occurring on my local dev environment, the remote dev environment, and the staging environment (which I haven’t touched)

The API key hasn’t been changed, one of the three forms still is editable.

I can’t share my dev environment URL or credentials with you publicly, unfortunately.

    Hello @petefuseloft

It looks like the IP address your site is on is being blocked by Mailchimp.
Please read this article for more info:

    Thank you!

    Hi Tracy,

    Thanks for your response.

I’m going to look into this, but I’m dubious that this is the cause of the issue for these reasons:

    1) One of the forms is working as expected, with no error messages, and it’s on the same IP address as the other two.

    2) The hosting is on WPEngine. I’m doubtful that their IP addresses would be blocked by mailchimp, but I guess it’s possible!

Edit: I just checked the plugin’s settings page and the API key is working. I’ve got the green “Connected” indicator.

    Hi @petefuseloft,

The API can show as connected but the IP address can still be blocked.

We use WPEngine too! If you are not on a dedicated server, your site is still sharing one server with many sites. Just one of those sites could have activity Mailchimp flags as suspicious and block the entire IP.

Your first item does indicate it may be something else. Did you follow up with support?

    Thank you,
    -Tracy
