Hello @wildfire9859 and thanks for reaching out to us!

Let’s resolve the scan issue first, then take a look at the issue of the table.

Can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

    Thanks again!

i’ve disabled and then reactivated the wordfence, at the time i didn’t see any changes to my database but after a few hours i’ve noticed wfhoover table size is back to normal! not sure if disabling and then reactivating the plugin had anything to do with it though…
anyways i’ve sent the diagnostic report by email .

Thanks for letting me know you resolved that issue.

Are you still having scan issues as well?

If so, could you do the following steps for me:

    • Go to the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page
    • In the “Debugging Options” section check the circle “Enable debugging mode”
    • Click to “Save Changes”.
    • CANCEL any current scan and start a NEW scan
    • Copy the last 20 lines from the Log (click the “Show Log” link) or so of the activity log once the scan finishes and paste them in this post.

This will help me see exactly what is happening when the scan fails.

Let me know if you have any questions!

    Thanks again!

Looks like it’s failing on the call to our server.

Try to navigate to Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostic > Debugging and toggle the “Start All Scans Remotely” option. Then try to do a NEW scan.

    Let me know the results.

    Thanks again!

one thing though i have an alarm on diagnostic > php environment > process owner!
on the process owner field it says unavailable!
    can these be related?

It can be, though some hosts hide that information or if you’re using mysqli the information really isn’t needed.

Mind sending an email to wftest @ wordfence . com with subject “wildfire9859 for WFADAM”? I can send you some information.

    Thanks again!
