Firstly we migrated to a new more stable platform, secondly i do appologize for the inconvenience which is what it is at best.
We tested upgrading from several versions, both of the plugin and wordpress and had 0 issues.
We have only had 3-4 complaints about a similar issue out of nearly 1000 downloads. Thus it is hard to nail down what is going wrong.
Also your modals, theme and everything else is still there. We deleted nothing on purpose in the case that something like this happens.
Have you tried the already verified working solution that others have used?

If that doesnt work you would have no problem getting help from us quickly as everyone else has already.
But to dis us for giving you 4 times the options and value for $0 is quite absurd. In any industry a fail rate of 5/1000 or 0.5% would be celebrated. We don’t think thats acceptable at all, but if you simply do as you say and find another solution then the problem will likely continue on for others. It takes more than just good developers to make a great product, takes good customers willing to pitch in. Especially when it open source and free.
