Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback and sorry for the trouble resulting from this. I’ve just tried to reproduce this issue on a clean install by defining the custom upload path in my wp-config.php file but when I installed File Upload Types, the path was not changed. Would you mind sharing a step to step process that I can use to reproduce this issue?
I would also be happy to help figure this out if you could post this in our File Upload Types Lite support forum.
