What a nightmare!!!

  • This program began to work alright, and then they rolled out that horrible MultivendorX version and the system pushed me into using it.

    I HATE THIS VERSION!!!

    It *never* calculates commissions properly anymore.
    It hangs when I’m trying to see what needs to be paid.
    IT’S THE WORSE EVER. IF IT AIN’T BROKE DON’T FIX IT!!!!!!

    I’m so fed up with their poor service and the quality of this plugin, as well as the lack of certain functions in the alternatives, I’m phasing out commissions from this store. If I have to do everything manually anyway, why bother with a waste of time piece of ****?

    @rainbowprophet, we didn’t made any changes to commission calculations in our updates. That is why, we are not sure why the commissions are not calculating correctly in your site.

    We do take the commission calculations and payment part very seriously as this is the main backbone of a Marketplace and we do a lot of testings on our end . After hearing from you about this, we did the tests again with our all commission calculations flow, but didn’t face any issue.
