    I was so excited to get my products on FB and IG, but wow what a disappointment. At this point I’ve spent hours trying to get this to work and you would honestly think that this would have been de-bugged BEFORE people started using it because Facebook is such a large platform. Would have saved a LOT of people a LOT of time. 97 bad reviews as of this date.

    I also REALLY don’t appreciate how WordPress ask every single person to send their own support request. This also wastes people’s time, because one person could ask the question and then all of us could see all the replies on ONE page, instead of having to check out multiple pages. REALLY inefficient way of working! No logic AT ALL!

    Thanks so much for your feedback, it’s greatly appreciated. I see you have an open thread on the forums and a colleague of mine will get to you as soon as possible.

    We’re aware that there’s a small portion of the 900,000+ installations that are experiencing issues and we’re working to resolve things with the users as well as Facebook as best we can.

    That said, as to the WordPress guidelines for the support forum, I think this is because different setups and server configurations can sometimes show similar issues for completely different reasons. This is also true in case of our Facebook plugin. I know it’s not ideal and I’m sorry for the trouble here, though when it comes to the WP guidelines, we’re unable to do anything here, regrettably.

    @itsdefrag – Thanks for chiming in! I’d like to reiterate that only a small portion of more than 900,000 installations are having issues. I’d recommend you try it out if you’re interested and, of course, if there’s an issue, we’ll be happy to assist on the forums.
