what about links if i remove the plugin?

They are all deleted. The links are not permanent, meaning if you edit the post/page you will not see the links, they are added dynamically when you turn the feature on.

Thanks for your answer. Do you have somewhere a detailed explanation on how autolink works as I really don’t get it.
I do have keywords on my posts but no links are created, in my logs there is always:
Auto link turned on, but no results found

Also, are upcoming kwywords supposed to automatically turn into keywords and links or are they just for information purpose?

I need to update the documentation on autolinks – The links should be created automatically if the “keyword” matches a word on the post or page you have turned it on. The error message you refer to is when there are no matches found.

Please note: The autolink will not replace existing links or create a link in an existing link, it will also not create a link in any titles, h1, h2, h3 and so on.

The incoming keywords are just that, keywords detected from external sources used to find your website. It would be great to just be able to click a button on the “incoming keywords” and make that into a link, that would be a feature I could look at in a future release, good suggestion thank you ??
