Thank you page (after sending the message) format

Hello.

I started to test your plugin and it is really amazing. I have one question. In “Thank you page (after sending the message)” where it is supposed to be placed link to the website page, I want to call some function from my web site and need to know values from email, username, userlastname which I placed inside form text and email fields named as <%fieldname1%>, <%fieldname2%> and <%fieldname3%>. When I put inside my link to the website page <%fieldname1%> in this form, when save changes software format it and get %fieldname1%. So I couldn’t get user input… Thank you on help.
