    Hi @jakours2,

Like you know, Woo commerce send a lot of mail to customer (new invoice, payment, and so).

    Did your plugin handle this?

Im sorry about my poor english.

    Thanks

I would like to change information inside the invoice, like items and text.

    Hi @jakours2,
    Ah, I see.

Can you not do this with WooCommerce already? Are you invoices in HTML or PDF format?

    (@jakours2)

Only if you change model. It’s a bit hard for someone who dont know about model, like 99% of my customers.

With ur plugin, we are able to change wordpress email text, etc.

So, i was asking if it’s possible to have the same with woo.. with an addon like.

    Sorry about my poor english.

    Hi @jakours2,

Sorry, I didn’t understand what you meant by:

Only if you change model. It’s a bit hard for someone who dont know about model, like 99% of my customers.

    Can you clarify?

Sorry, I did not express myself well.

    You say:

Can you not do this with WooCommerce already?

    .

I answer you: yes Woocommerce allows you to change the email templates, but only if you copy the email templates and make the changes manually. For an average user, like 99% of my clients, this is not possible. It must be easier.

What I ask is if your plugin can be used with WooCommerce to change the templates.

Thanks for all the time you take. Cheer!

    Hi @jakours2,
    Ah, I see.

So you want an easy way to edit the contents of the emails without editing the php template files from WooCommerce, is that right?

    Thread Starter Jakours2

    (@jakours2)

    Yes!

    Hi @jakours2,
    Ok, thanks.

Are you able to list all the notifications that WooCommerce sends out that you’d like to customise?

    Thread Starter Jakours2

    (@jakours2)

In a perfect word, all of them. All email send to customer.

    Hi @jakours2,
    Let me investigate.

I do have something on the roadmap but i’ll need to see how viable it is first.

I’m interested in this also. The default emails on woocommerce are a nightmare.
If these can be amended, including the table content, that would be amazing!

@krissieg – can you elaborate on what you mean by “table content”?

Well, when you send out an email to confirm payment made, woocommerce generates a table with the pricing etc. Some of the wording is wrong, especially when a person has paid the amount due already. The email wording would be nice to change within the table, so rather than stating: Amount owing today. It should say: Amount paid. Something like that?
