    I’m trying to move my WordPress site from MAMP (Mac) on my computer to the live server.

    On my local WP install I click Duplicator to get the Duplicator Dashboard.

    I name the package and click create package.

    I then download the Installer and Package.

    I don’t know if it’s a bug but the zip folder isn’t a zip folder.

    Install.php doesn’t seem to like this so I zip the package folder up myself.

    I upload the installer.php and zip folder to my live public_html folder.

    public_html just contains installer.php and the package.zip.

    go https://www.mysite.co.uk/installer.php

    system requirements Pass

    Fill in the Host, User, Database Name.

    Test Connection – Connection Successful.

    Click I have read all warnings & notices

    Run Deployment.

    IMPORTANT FINAL STEPS.

    If I click Resave Permalinks it goes to https://www.mysite.uk/wp-admin/options-permalink.php which is Not Found

    All the links go to Not Found Pages.

    The Database on the live server has no tables added.

    Any ideas on what I’m doing wring here.

    Hey ttmt,

    Here is a helpful section on the FAQs page:
    -> Browse To: https://lifeinthegrid.com/duplicator-faq/
    -> Find Section: “2. Installer”
    -> See Area/Question: “I’m having some issues on my MAC what might be the problem?”

    Also do a search on the FAQ for MAMP as there are some other links and resources there as well…
