What am I doing wrong?

For some time I was a happy user of EBD, then it quit working, for me anyway. I’ve spent a lot of time trying to get it working again… and, now, it is kinda working. The user gets their inline download, but I don’t get an email. And when I check the logs in download manager, it lists the downloader as “non-member” with no email address. Any idea what the problem is?
