    Looking to create 3 coupons for a promotion that we will be running in the future. Each coupon should allow a customer to get a “free gift” (another product, accessory) when they purchase the main category item. A customer should be able to order 3 different products (from 3 different categories) and get the 3 corresponding gifts.

    I have created 3 separate coupons — all using the advanced feature of If Product Category = 1, add Product Item (free gift) to cart. All coupons are supposed to work with other coupons.

    But when I test these coupons a weird thing happens. The first time I add a product (from the targeted product category), the coupon correctly auto-applies and the free gift appears in my cart. This is working as expected. But, if I try to add another product (from a different category – and thus supposedly activated a different coupon) – it won’t work. Even if I empty my cart from the first product and try to add the new product category — the OLD coupon keeps trying to apply.

    I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong.

    I would love to — but when I follow your link it brings me to a landing page saying support is for premium customers only and to please LOGIN and then submit my request. So I do that. And I follow the link to submit a support request which then brings me to the first landing page — telling me that support is for premium customers only and to please log in. Is there another portal for submitting requests?
