    Hello there,

    My question is the following.. I am a bit lost with all the information regarding the new regulation and I need some help with my website. It is a simple business website, that does not allow users to comment or register/log in. It has a simple contact form, runs Google Analytics and possibly AdWords in the future (Remarketing).

    Aside of cookies, what else applies for a website like that?

    If you are collecting data in one way or another, it applies to you.

    You are collecting data in your contact forms, in your analytics and AdWords.

    You need to check these services to anonymize the data you collect or give an option to not have data collected.
    Same thing for AdWords.

    Let me also make it clear that I am not qualified for legal counseling. You should talk to a lawyer about your specific needs.
