    I am wondering what are multi-products so I can decide if that is something I want or not. I am using AwesomeSupport primarily to support contributing writers on my multi-user web site as well as to provide support to our audience who would be registered subscribers/members. The only ‘products’ I would be selling is advertising. Does it sound like I need the multi-product setting or not, and if so, how would I implement it for these things?

    The “multi product” feature is made for people who want to provide support for different products or services.

    Let’s say you’re selling apples and oranges. You want your clients to select either one of those when the request support. In this case, you want to enable multi products support.

    If you’re only providing support for one product/service, like it seems to be the case for you, you don’t need to enable that.
