What are the best admin toolbar customization plugins?

I want to customize the black admin toolbar that regular site users see at the top of the page. I searched and found a few examples but none that seemed to be right for my needs. (I have only a limited knowledge of the WP CSS so any plugin that simply allows me to edit WP CSS without offering some description or guidance is not of much help to me.) Any recommendations? Features I would like (in order of importance) are as follows:

1) Change toolbar color (to white or transparent)
2) Change toolbar text (“Howdy, username” is not appropriate for my site)
3) Change menu items that appear in toolbar
4) Disable toolbar entirely
5) Replace WP logo with my own logo
6) Mobile friendly (text/buttons large enough to be seen and used on mobile devices)
6) I’m sure there are other cool customized features that the toolbar is capable of that I am not aware of. So any thing nice that I haven’t asked for above would be welcomed too.
