What are the recommended proxy settings when using Cloudflare?

I’ve recently started using Cloudflare (the free version) and I am not sure what iThemes Security settings I need to change now. It is unclear if I should use manual proxy detection, and if so, do I set it at “Cf-Connecting-IP” or X-Forwarded-For” or “Remote-Addr”.

Or do I disable Proxy Detection?

Or should I leave it at “Automatic”?

Does anyone know what is the best practice?
