What are the voting protections provided

    I need to know what voting protections are provided ?
    Like if there is only IP address protection – means that a person can vote only once using a particular IP address then if they switch off and ON their wifi router they get a new IP. How will this plugin check for that ?

    How is the winner selected ?

    Also, is it possible to select the winner based on total votes (star ratings) + social shares
