What are these buttons called and how do I make them?

Hi all, this has been wrecking my head for ages. I have the Nayma theme, look at the preview here: https://themes.quadroideas.com/?theme=nayma
See the buttons underneath the big slider? The ones that say “Page Builder Included” and “Extremely Customisable”? What are those buttons called? I’ve been searching for AGES and can’t get any details on them at all. Can they be made with SiteOrigin?
The buttons underneath them are cool too, the ones that display some text and turn the image greyscale when you hover over them. How do I get them too?
