I believe when the plugin installs, it makes changes to some OS files like htaccess and maybe some WordPress sites.

    1. I would like to learn which WP or OS files are edited by the plugin.

    2. When uninstalling the plugin, do I need to manually remove those changes made by the plugin to OS or WP files?

    Thanks

    Thanks for your questions @rsclmumbai,

    1. The plugin adds its own rules in the .htaccess file in the /wp-content and /wp-content/uploads directory. Converted WebP and AVIF files are saved in the /wp-content/uploads-webpc directory.

    2. When uninstalling, a plugin removes everything after itself. It leaves nothing behind – and you don’t have to manually delete anything either. I make sure that the plug is maintenance-free for users.
