What Comments system do you use?

Setting up a new blog for our school and want something better than the default comments. I was thinking about using the Facebook comments plugins but have also used Disqus type ones in the past as well.

Just curious as to what comments systems are the most popular these days. Feel free to leave a quick post with which kind you use and why to help me decide what we want to go with.
