WHAT do I do with this captcha error

“hCaptcha has failed to initialize. Please see the developer tools console for more information.”

There is no way to opt out of using hcaptcha. But when I go to try and subscribe through the settings link to hcaptcha I get this page, which I don’t know what to do with. There is no option for ‘I just want the free keys to tell this error message to go away.’
