    Dear Scott,

    please tell me what I need to do to receive an answer from you?
    I wrote to you several times regarding my broken Instagram feed and you don’t even answer. It has been broken now for almost two weeks which reflects very badly on my website. The issue of the Instagram “200 error message” has been mentioned several times here in the support section.
    Shall I look for a different plugin or shall I wait for you to fix the issue?

    I don’t have this issue myself and I can only provide support if people using the plugin provide me the information I need to debug the issue.

    The plugin is in use with many thousands of sites and as far as I can tell it is a select few having the problem. I need to understand what is different about those sites.

    Have you tried rolling back to the previous version? Have you tried a different username or tag?

    Finally feel free to use other plugins. There is no benefit to me if you use this or not. I develop and support this in my spare time and I’m currently on holiday.

    Hello Scott,

    thanks for getting back to me.
    I had this issue with the previous option and the update. I did not try a different user name.
    Since I am not familiar with code, the link to the other threat is useless for me.
    What else can I do to solve this issue?
    What is meant by clearing my Cache in WP? I did clear my Cache in my Safari browser?
    I use your widget in combination with my theme Hamlock by Solopine.
    I use the latest WP version and the site is hosted by United Domains in Germany.
