What do those numbers stand for? (green and black)

Perhaps a silly question, but I can’t figure out what to black numbers mean behind the green numbers in the mailinglist overview. I know the first one are the actual number of people that will receive a newsletter, but what about the second number? No matter how I add or subtract, I can’t get to those numbers:
