what does 5 digits at the ending of the redirect url mean?

    when I checked my redirection issues, I found the “redirect to” URL added a five-digits at the third line, it seems the 5-digit number is created randomly, but what does it mean? could I remove it? how can I upload a screencut of the page to explain here, can anyone help me with this issue?
