What does “on call” and “negotiable” mean?

    Hello, I am translating from English to Turkish. I don’t know exactly what these two words mean. Can you help with these two terms?

    Hi,
    If anyone don’t want to expose price of the ad then he can use ‘On Call’ price type.
    On the other hand, if anyone set a price which not fixed then he can use ‘Negotiable’ price type.

    Another way to explain this is:

    Negotiable means the seller is willing to discuss and agree on a price.

    E.g. The price is $100 but the seller and buyer negotiated a price of $93

    On call means that the seller will only tell you the price if you phone them.
