What does Search shortcode search?

    Ah, I’ve found the location in Settings where the site owner can choose what to search by. But there’s no way to allow site visitors to choose? I think that visitors to my site might be searching either by vendor or by product title – it’s a pity that I have to limit the search to one or the other, not both.

    unfortunately I don’t currently have the option for visitors to choose the search criteria — but I can see how this would be useful!

    I’ll look into adding this feature after I release version 4.0 next week.

    Thanks. For now I’ve just put the vendor in the product title, which may well be a good thing to do for SEO anyway.

    Meantime, I have another request – fuzzy search is great. However it doesn’t handle language accent marks well. We have cosmetic products, which often have French names… to a human there is not much difference between “collagen” cream and “collagène” cream – but searching on “collagen” does not find our “collagène” products.

    Would be great if search could handle that difference.
