• I go to my wordpress blog and get this:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/41/7639941/html/wp-content/themes/thesis_18/functions.php:1) in /home/content/41/7639941/html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 881

I go to the log in page to log in and I have two of the same errors at the top with the log in box. Once I log in, I get this:

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON. I have a feeling because I haven’t been on it in a while that someone has compromised it but have no idea where to start.

  • Try switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

You can check if your site is hacked/has malicious code using Sucuri.net
