    I created a bounced folder in my email account and on the bounced tab entered all the information did the save and manually run bounces got a green message saying bounces have been handled, but it looks like I still have the emails in the folder and the same number of users than before running the bounce tool.

    I was expecting the tool would check the emails in the folder provided and remove those users from the users / subscribers section, am I not correct here?

    Hi nordberg, the plugin automatically deletes only the “hard bounces” (a permanent error: e.g. not-existing email), not the “soft bounces” (a temporary error: e.g. full mailbox).
    Maybe you don’t have any hard bounces?

    Bounced images I’m pretty sure most of these are “hard” bounces.
