What Goes in the “To:” Field?!?

  • I CRINGE every time I have to work with a theme that uses Contact 7 because its not straight forward to use as WPForms. So what goes in the TO: field to make this form work?

    I have not been able to receive any emails. Any tutorial video about contact 7 never really address the issue. I usually just say Screw it and install WPForms.

    But im trying to work with this setup already. So what I am supposed to put in there? I’ve put our website email but we still don’t get any email.

    Can you please point me in the right direction.

  • Hi, Rob, I’m another CF7 user.

    Have you tried using other email addresses in the “To:” field?

    If other addresses don’t work, then it could be an email server issue (although if WPForms successfully sends emails, then that discounts that being an issue).
