What goes in the “To” field in the Mail Tab?

    The user of my contact7 form selects an email address from a list that goes to the [mailto] parameter. In the Mail tab of Contact7 setup, it seems logical that [mailto] goes in the To field. The error message says that’s the wrong format. It wants an email address in text. What email address would I put there? How can I get the form to send email to the user selected address?

    Problem solved:
    After many tries of entering that [mailto] parameter, it finally stuck without that error message. The only thing that i did different was highlight the [mailto] parameter that was displayed in the instructions above the form, then copy an pasted it into the To field. Looks the same, but it is working now.
