What happen to my old media and content when i restore?

    What happen to my old media and content when i restore site with your plugin?. I have a live website. But i develop another on testing environment. now i want to replace it with current live website. if i use your plugin after restore what happen to old site data media and other contents?

    Your DB is overwritten

    Your files are all moved into -old files which you will be asked to remove before you do the next restore.

    If you log into your hosting after you restore you will see a plugins-old and themes-old and Uploads-old

    if something get wrong can i rollback to earlier site?
    old files can i delete easily without affects to live one

    You can use of our backups to roll back to an earlier site but you would not be able to “undo” the restoration.

    Deleting the files – a blue button will appear above the UpdraftPlus tabs that says “Delete old folders”. It’s just a single click to get rid of them. It should not affect your live site.
