what happened after the subscription expires

  • hello i want to ask please, if i create a plan for 3 mounths subscription.
    after this 3 mounths does the plugin will send an email remainder to the client to pay again or it will renew his subscription automaticly and get the money from the user bank account ?
    whats the senario exactly that happen after the Expires date ?

    Hi,
    the automatic renew only works with paypal payment gateway, there’s no remainder email. So basically if the subscription has been paid by paypal it will renew automaticaly, otherwise the user will need to remember the deadline and make a payment.
