What Happened to my Blog?

I have just set up two new blogs. When I type in the url of one of them, I’m taken to that site but it’s totally different than what I just set up. I guess the page belongs to me because I remember filling in some of the information. But it’s not the blog I just wrote or the other site. In fact, when I get to this page, I can’t do anything with it. There’s no admin tab, nothing. What’s going on and how do I correct it? Any help is appreciated.
