• I’ve used WooCommerce for some time. It “was” my go to, but now I am looking for other carts. I’m tired of the countless bugs, not being able to just “uninstall”, and oh, they are adding plugins without your permission. Not to mention how many plugins it takes to do the basics. All of which will slow down your site.

    Can you please share some details about the bugs you encountered? Our latest version 8.8.3 is stable and many merchants are using it on their site. Are you facing particular issues? If yes; can you please share the details? We’d be happy to help you with it.

    Could you please specify which plugin was added without authorization, and whether you are experiencing difficulties uninstalling it?

    Are you referencing the “WooCommerce Legacy REST API” plugin that was included in the latest update? We previously announced in the WP Admin interface in earlier versions as well on other channels that the Legacy REST API would transition to a dedicated extension. If you were utilizing the WooCommerce Legacy API, this plugin was installed to ensure that its functionalities continue to operate smoothly. Is this the issue you are addressing?
