what happens if user liked already ?

    Hi,

    what happens if a user liked the page already ? maybe directly on facebook, without passing at the wordpress site?

    Will that user be locked out ? Does he have to first unlike my page in facebook and then like it again on my website to get access to the content ?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your interest in the Social Locker plugin.

    The Social Locker “memorizes” users who unlocked content via the Cookies/Local Storage.

    It means if the user liked your Facebook Page by another way, not by using the Social Locker, the plugin will no be able to determine this fact because Facebook doesn’t provide the data regarding the user’s likes.

    At this case, the user can unlike and like your page again (or just click the Like button again without removing a like).
