    Hi folks,

I installed the plugin and everything was fine, a defined category was in alphabetical order.

But now it not works anymore.

Why do I need to create a child theme now?

    Thanks

    Hello,

I installed the plugin and everything was fine, a defined category was in alphabetical order.

this is the default the first time you try to manually sort posts in a given term. This default order can be changed (see the FAQs).

But now it not works anymore.

    what does not work?

Why do I need to create a child theme now?

I don’t understand what you mean. This plugin has no bearing on whether you use a parent or child theme.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your attention.

The alphabetical order stoped to work when we add a new post.

I can’t find the parameters regarding the type of order. I just found the manual order.

I’d like to send to you a print screen. How can I do it?

    The page is smcbr.com.br/distribuidores

Regarding the child theme, I saw refers to it in other questions here.

if you need your posts in alphabetical order, then you don’t need this plugin, simply create a custom query on your front-end to achive this.

this plugin is designed to create custom orders which cannot be achieved programmatically. The initial order (alaphabetaical or otherwise) is only to help you set an intial order on which to work manually.
