Hello @beezer26164,
Thank you for reaching out.
The most important thing first: Blog2Social is integrated right into your WordPress dashboard and there are no functions or options that could crash a computer.
You say that it worked great at first. Have there been any changes to your website setup lately? Other plugins, settings, themes, anything in your blog in general or with your hosting service?
It would be great if you could send us the answers to these questions to customer-service(at)blog2social(dot)com and our IT will get back to you asap.
Could you also please check if your website meets the system requirements to run Blog2Social? You can find a list of all requirements right here:
https://www.blog2social.com/en/faq/content/1/58/en/system-requirements-for-installing-blog2social.html
Is there a point, where your website does not meet the requirements?
Facebook images
When you share your posts to Facebook, Facebook itself takes the information it needs to show the correct image from your blog post’s Open graph Tags or meta data. The Open Graph Tags (og tags) og:image, og:title and og:description tell Facebook which image, title and description text should be shown in the link preview. This link preview is also generated if you post your link to Facebook directly. The Facebook Debugger Tool lets you see, how a link will look on Facebook:
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/
Blog2Social can set the right og tags for you if you want. If you enable this feature in the Blog2Social settings, Blog2socal will take the featured image from your blog post as the og:image by default. While planning your posts, you can also change the og:image with Blog2Social if you want to. You can read more about how to set images for Facebook right here:
