What if I'm using a dynamic plugin?

I’m using an Ad rotating plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/author-advertising-plugin/ … Which rotates ads between author and admin for each page view.
Enabling the quick cache plugin which will convert my pages to static pages will disable the rotation of the ads, meaning, the ads will not change for each new page view until the cache expires.
Is there a solution for this?
