    I tried contacting you through your website over a month ago, twice. Never heard back from you. Was ready to buy the pro version but I had one question. Is this an example of your support?

    My question is as follows: We are familiar with your free version and are wanting to offer the pro version to many of our clients so I want to make sure I have all of the facts straight first. I know your documentation says that inventory management with be adjusted and a message will come up (Such as “Out of Stock”) and the button will not work but what happens if they get part way through the payment process and back out or their credit card is declined? Will the button and quantity remain as is? Because you are not using webhooks or an API I don’t understand the feedback process. Thank you.

    Hi @intowernet,

    I’m sorry for the support issues. We’re having trouble finding good support techs to be honest.

    If the card is declined, then it will not reduce inventory. That will only happen if the sale is successful. The plugin uses PayPal’s IPN to known when a sale is made.

    Thank you for getting back to me. This answers my question.

    Is there a way to communicate with you privately? We are wanting to offer the pro version of this to many of our clients but I still have some concerns before we purchase several licenses for or customers. As I mentioned, I tried going through your website support and never got a reply.
