What info is stored in the revelanssi tables

  • we use WPSynchro to move data from a dev site to a live site. the original developer did not have these tables selected to move when a synch is done and we noticed any new pages or posts that get created on the dev server, while they are found through the dev sites rev search, they are not being found on the live site search. Could that be because the content of these tables are not getting moved with the synch and are these tables pretty big? We have a really big site, perhaps thats why the original dev did not have these selected to move.

    There’s no reason to synch the Relevanssi tables; they’re big and cumbersome to move, and there’s nothing that can’t be regenerated. If you ensure the tables exist on the live site, you can always generate a new index or index the unindexed posts from the Relevanssi indexing settings page.
