What is a CSS hack?

Maybe someone disguised malicious code as CSS – but what exactly is giving you this CSS hack reason?

Here is the email I received from my blog and I’m not sure about what ti do with it:

New spam comment on your post “ELE Skin USA 20% Vitamin C Serum Review”
