Hi, I know you can create a Series, and assign another series as its parent. What does this do and how does it help?

    Thanks
    Dave

    Hi Dave

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

By nesting your series, this allows you to segment your episodes further.

For example, perhaps you want a specific group of episodes to be listed under ‘Group A’, however you’d further like to segment these episodes based on a season or month, so they’d be added to ‘Month 1’ under ‘Group A’ too.

    Does this help at all?

Thanks, I thought as much, so these can have their own feeds as well, but will appear in the parent feed too?

    Hi Dave

That is correct. Each series will have it’s own feed which will look something like this: /feed/podcast/my-series-1.

The parent feed (/feed/podcast) will contain all episodes across all series though.

    I hope this helps?
