What is Duplicated Post Meta

    in layman’s terms, what is Duplicated Post Meta?
    Why would I want to remove it?

    I just want to understand what I will be removing, and how it will impact my posts, pages and products.

    Hello @izzyftm,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    The Duplicate Post Meta feature deletes your post meta that has the same meta key and the same meta value, which helps in optimize the database. This is an optimization feature.

    Forgive my ignorance, my background is in design… and I am playing ‘catch-up’ for development.

    So would this count as duplicate post meta?
    If a post-type has two custom fields, both with the same field-title and the same content?

    Hello @izzyftm,

    The Duplicated Post Meta feature only removes duplicates of the post meta table, not the posts table. Hence it will not count duplicate post title and content.
